Working with a death doula helps you create space for what is important as death approaches.

End of Life Care in the Green Mountains
Area of Expertise
Cancer
The speciality of my practice is assisting cancer patients who have received terminal diagnoses, and their families.
I am prepared to act as an advocate in a variety of ways: helping navigate the experience and aftermath of receiving a terminal diagnosis; making decisions about treatment plans and options; supporting terminally ill patients make difficult choices about when to forego treatment; and always prioritizing quality of life. If you are still pursuing treatment, I will provide support and resources as you consider clinical trials, immuno-therapies, and traditional treatment regimens. If you are electing to discontinue treatment, I will advocate for you in your palliative and hospice care and help you prepare for end-of-life.
As someone who began this journey after caring for a loved-one dying from cancer, I know intimately just how beautiful but also isolating this experience can be. If you are a caregiver, I am prepared to share that work with you, too.
Although cancer is my area of expertise, I also work with other individuals who have received other terminal diagnoses. Even if not cancer is not in your experience, I can be here for you.
